One particular dungeon in Diablo 4’s Fractured Peaks, the Kor Dragan Barracks, has proven difficult to find and confusing to beat.
As players start to hit close to 100% completion in Diablo 4, there will be a few locations, missions, and dungeons that prevent an easy 100% success. In the Fractured Peaks, that location for many gamers is likely the Kor Dragan Barracks.
Beyond merely finding it, completing the dungeon is another issue entirely. Most dungeons in Diablo 4 have players complete a few objectives and then ultimately defeat a final boss. But that’s not the formula the Kor Dragan Barracks uses, making gamers question how to finally check this box off of their to-do list.
Kor Dragan Barracks Location
- Win the Kor Dragan stronghold
- Directly north of Kyovashad
- Just east of the Kor Dragan stronghold
If players are stuck at 99% done in the Fractured Peaks and are missing a dungeon, it may be this one. It’s a straight shot north from the main capital of Kyovashad or players can use the Menestad waypoint and head northeast. Players who have defeated the monsters in Kor Dragan and unlocked the territory will be able to spot it to the east.
Players are pushing ideas for more endgame content but until that happens, this could be the last dungeon needed to complete the region. Despite the label, the Kor Dragan Barracks aren’t inside of Kor Dragan, itself, so this could be a reason why the location has been so tough to find.
How To Beat The Kor Dragan Barracks
- Activate the 2 gate controls
- Destroy the 5 Blood Boils
Even after finding the dungeon, players will need to beat it. This dungeon has a unique win condition to be met. Instead of the usual final boss, players will have to destroy five Blood Boils. These will spawn elite monsters as they are destroyed.
Especially for completionists, this can throw players off. Generally, gamers are just trying to get this dungeon done quickly so they’ll be seeking out the bosses and avoiding unnecessary conflicts. But that won’t work here. Creative player ideas regarding unique items may give players a reason to clear dungeons later on but, for now, take out the five Blood Boils and call it a day.
